Who I am...

My name is Courtney LoIacono and I have been in healthcare for over 23 years. In that time, I have been honored to care for people on their worst days and have truly learned the beauty and strength of the human spirit. Through the challenges of COVID and post-COVID in healthcare, I have been inspired to give support to other service-oriented professionals through coaching. I recently completed a course in non-directive coaching through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and am working towards my requirements for ICF certification.

My mission is to provide a supportive and empowering space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgement or pressure.
